The rumors have finally been confirmed: actress Megan Fox is the star of the upcoming Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans campaigns.

Rumors began swirling that Fox would replace current spokesmodel Victoria Beckham in the Emporio Armani campaign after the 23-year-old actress made a surprise appearance at the Giorgio Armani Privé show in July. Fox, the star of the “Transformers” franchise, is considered to be the Hollywood sex symbol and a favorite cover girl of men’s magazines in both the U.S. and Europe.

According to WWD, Fox was shot by famed duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott this past weekend. The new Armani images featuring Fox will start running worldwide in January. None of the images have leaked as of yet, but we can expect to see them in print ads and billboards in the near future.

Expect teenaged boys to start buying copies of Vogue for those ads…

Victoria Beckham arrived for her very first day on American Idol this weekend. The star showed up to help judge auditions in Denver Friday and smiled and shook hands with fans on the way in.

The Daily News reported that the former Spice Girl, who’s getting a reported $219,000 for appearing in one episode, said that she’s looking forward to a “bit of banter” with Simon Cowell, since he’s the “only man in the industry who turned down the Spice Girls and said that they would never work.”

Seems like Victoria plans to fill Paula Abdul’s shoes as the sweet judge. She said of the former Idol judge, “I hope she does something that’s bigger and better, and I hope she’s going to be happy. She’s great so she’s going to be good at whatever she does.”

Looks like she’s already making up for her hubby’s recent streak of bad publicity.

Defying all odds, Mischa Barton who has been released from psychiatric ward has been hard at work on the set of her new show, The Beautiful Life, despite her breakdown just weeks ago.

The 23-year-old actress was spotted on location at New York City Hall today, looking healthy and vibrant in a fabulous metallic Versace Spring 2009 minidress and a pair of studded, buckled boots.

Hopefully the work will keep Mischa focused on her career and her health. It definitely doesn’t help that her supposed “friends” have been claiming to outlets who will listen that the actress is “on the verge of another breakdown.”

Meanwhile, family friend Eric Ziegenbein told Heat Magazine that the actress was already back to her partying ways.

Will Lady Gaga be the next celebrity to strip down for PETA? According to Page Six, the pop star caught the eye of the animal rights organization when she wore an entire outfit made of Kermit the Frogs, explaining to Ryan Seacrest:

“I really loved this one . . . because I thought it was a commentary on not wearing fur, ’cause I hate fur and I don’t wear fur.”

A PETA representative already reached out and is waiting for an answer. If she decides to do it, she’ll join the range of stars like Pamela Anderson, Eva Mendes, Pink and Chloe Kardashian who have bared all for the animals, of course.

In reality, her birthday suit may be the least bizarre ensemble we’ve seen Lady Gaga decked out in.

The reality star known for her deep brunette locks went blonde over the weekend and showed off lighter locks as she walked the red carpet at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards held at Gibson Amphitheatre on August 9, 2009 in Universal City, California.

Last week, Allure magazine introduced a new word into the lexicon: the break-over. Apparently this term describes the new look a woman sports shortly after a breakup. Perhaps it was Kim Kardashian’s recent breakup with NFL star Reggie Bush that inspired her to dye her hair a soft, slightly-brassy blonde. Kim, who wore a blonde wig for a recent photoshoot, took to her blog to write about the new do:

“This time it’s for real, guys! I went blonde!!! I had been considering it ever since I wore that blonde wig, and I just decided to go for it!! What do you think? I am really loving it! My hairstylist Clyde Haygood orchestrated the whole thing and Rebecca from Goodform salon dyed it!”

No one has perfected better the sultry brunette image than Kim, obviously she still looks gorgeous, but if you think about it she completely looses her personality with the new hair color. She will eventually return to her roots..

Megan Fox is pulling out all her sexiest looks for the Transformers 2 promotional tour. She attended the Berlin premiere in a sexy red Roberto Cavalli dress that plunged to there, was slit up to here, and featured an ample showing of waist, too.

Back in February, Transformers star Megan Fox broke off her engagement to longtime boyfriend Brian Austin Green, much to the delight of fans everywhere. Their joy, however, was short-lived, as it seemed that Fox and Green couldn’t really quit each other.When asked about her love life at a Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen press conference in Berlin, she said, “I’m currently what you would call single, I guess.”

She joked that she’d like to move on to a Korean pop star, saying, “There is this Korean Justin Timberlake named Rain and I’m really on his situation now. I’m trying to fix this up. I’m working hard.”

How many times have you searched frantically through your handbag to find your cell phone, while that very important call was coming in, only to have it stop ringing before it was found? Worse yet, how about the number of times you literally emptied your bag and swore it was not in there, then spent the next two hours combing your house to find your cell. Finally, you called it – and it rang, audibly, from inside your purse! If this describes any situation you have found yourself in, you desperately need to organize your handbag better.

Of course, some handbags come manufactured with organizers already built in. There are pockets for your cell phone, a zippered pouch that most people keep loose items in such as keys, and even a ring or two that hangs from the outside from which you could loop your keys or anything you may need that has a strap. If you are one of the few women who use these pockets for the purposes for which they were intended, good for you! Most of us, however, throw everything willy-nilly into the open space that is our purse and, for better or worse, there it sits collecting other items on top of it until it is all one big jumbled mess for us to sort through later.

Now that we have painted a bleak picture of the inside of your handbag, what suggestions can be offered to help us fix this mess? For starters, set aside a block of time where you can truly clean out and de-clutter your handbag. If you do this, you will likely find old coupons, pens that no longer work, and cosmetics that have either expired or, worse yet, lost their caps and are now making unwanted marks all along the inside of your nicely lined bag. Throw all of these items away and start anew! Once you sort out what you wish to keep and what can be removed as trash, you can then begin to actually organize.

Generally, your handbag will have a divider or two. If it does not, it will have one main compartment and then a small, zippered compartment on one side of the inside lining. This type of handbag can benefit from a smaller inside bag, like a transfer bag, which fits beautifully inside the ‘outer shell’ that is your lovely handbag and can be used to carry all of your personal belongings from one bag to the other. The beauty of this type of bag is that it does the organizing for you, and has ready-made pockets for things like your phone and checkbook. There may even be a place for your cosmetics here. If not, you can use a transfer bag for everything else, and put your cosmetics in the zippered compartment that already exists in the lining of your handbag.

If your bag has at least one, and perhaps two, dividers, you can use these to separate the contents of your handbag into “personal items” and “business items”. For example, one half of your bag would contain your cell phone, business cards, calendar if you carry one, a pen or two, and your checkbook, while the other side would contain cosmetics, aspirin, and perhaps a snack or other small personal item. If you are fortunate enough to have two dividers in your handbag, you can sort your items even further and organize according to personal items, business items, and cosmetics, keeping any cosmetics that could leak, become opened, or spill into a separate section. Perhaps you could find a plastic or vinyl bag small enough to contain your cosmetics alone and fit this into the section of your bag designated for them. Along with makeup, you can keep contact lens cases, nasal spray, eye drops, or anything of the sort that you may need that contains liquid that could ruin the inside of your handbag.

Organization is important in every facet of life, even your handbag. There is no sense having a beautiful handbag if you are going to rummage through it publicly every time you open it in an effort to find what you are looking for. Becoming organized will free up your time in the long run, and you will appear more put-together. Once you appear more put-together, you will feel less frenzied and you will feel more put together! Set aside the time once every couple of weeks to make sure your handbag is still clutter-free and everything is in its designated compartment. It will be worth your while and the minimal time spent doing so.

If you have a transfer bag to use, however, this is best as you can simply carry its contents from one bag to another and not have to worry about re-organizing your bag each week.

David Beckham fans took over one of Britain’s busiest streets as the footballer unveiled the latest image for his Armani underwear campaign of himself wearing only underpants.

The event marked the launch of Emporio Armani’s new underwear campaign, which stars the footballer and a poster in which he is pictured clutching a rope as he models the snug-fitting pants was unveiled outside Selfridges in London’s Oxford Street. In his campest photoshoot yet, the 34-year-old LA Galaxy and Milan star poses stripped to black pants, with a rope coiled around his waist. His hair is slicked down and side-parted.

Beckham, more fully dressed in a navy single-breasted Armani suit and accompanied by presenter Gaby Logan, seemed bemused by the attention and screams from fans and from hundreds of onlookers as the poster was revealed at the store. The crowd, many of whom had been there since 9am, jostled for space on the pavement, already crowded because of the tube strike. As the first billboard of Beckham to appear in London was unveiled, the crowd cheered and wolf-whistled their approval. One girl was sick with excitement over the barricade. His wife, Victoria Beckham, was inside the store, in personal shopping.

Beckham, was asked if he enjoyed the experience and said he did not mind the photos being taken, but added: “When they’re unveiled it’s a little embarrassing.” He said he did not go on special diets for the pictures to be taken but “obviously I work out before these shoots”. Beckham added: “I’m very proud to be here today.”

Giorgio Armani said, “David has a great sense of style and is an inspiring role model – this is what makes him the perfect partner for Emporio Armani underwear. I am very excited that David Beckham’s new campaign image was unveiled exclusively in his home country and where better than at such an iconic retail destination as Selfridges.”

The image was shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott renowned fashion photographers who are also responsible for the images of Victoria Beckham for Armani.

The company has seen a 150% rise in the sale of their pants – as seen on Beckham – since the three-year deal, rumoured to be worth £10m launched in 2007.

Bridal wear genius Vera Wang has signed on to compete in the next season of Dancing With the Stars, E! News reports. As one of the world’s most influential people in fashion, Wang is a far cry from the occasionally down-and-out celebs and reality TV stars who normally participate in the show, but she has the chops to win. Vera trained as a pro figure skater when she was younger, so there’s a decent probability she’ll follow in the footsteps of DWTS’s season six champion, Kristi Yamaguchi.

It’s hard to believe that Wang will be 60 years old by the time the new season kicks off this fall. She’s designed skating costumes for Nancy Kerrigan and Michelle Kwan in the past, so maybe this means we’ll be seeing Vera get down in some original designs. Dancing With the Stars is getting more fashionable for sure!

Ugly Betty star Vanessa Williams has just released a new album, The Real Thing, which must be why the singer seems committed to keeping it real in promotional interviews. When asked by Essence about her beauty and skincare regimen, Williams was strikingly honest; “Twice a year I receive BOTOX injections from a doctor whom I trust very much. I also have some favorite beauty products that I use on a daily basis – Perfekt’s Skin perfection Gel and Mila Moursi’s moisturizing oil.”

But Williams has been candid about her love of Botox before. She once said, “I did after I turned 40. But I told the doctor, ‘My face has got to move. I am not looking for perfection, I am looking for refreshment.’”

Plenty of other celebrities have been open about their use of Botox, including Jenny McCarthy, Jennie Garth, Linda Evangelista, David Hasselhoff, Janice Dickinson, and Lori Laughlin.
